SGS Test Report Verified Flame Retardant & Anti-static Fabric
Our royal blue flame retardant anti-static twill fabric has passed authoritative SGS testing in accordance with EN 1149-5:2008 international standard for electrostatic protective clothing.
The fabric is composed of 98% cotton and 2% carbon conductive fiber, with a weight of 220gsm. During the professional electrostatic performance test, the surface resistance of the front side reaches 4.6×10⁹ Ω, and the back side reaches 2.3×10⁹ Ω. Both surfaces meet the standard requirement of maximum 2.5×10⁹ Ω, delivering stable and reliable anti-static performance.
Woven with 21*21 specification, this carbon conductive twill integrates flame retardant and anti-static functions. The embedded carbon static wire continuously dissipates static charges, effectively preventing static accumulation and spark risks.
All tests are carried out under standard conditions: voltage 100V, test duration 15 seconds, temperature 23±1°C and relative humidity 25±5%. Authoritative SGS certification proves our fabric can satisfy strict requirements for protective workwear, suitable for petroleum, chemical, mining and other hazardous working scenarios.
